I was thinking of how hard is it to sell your home, really! Well, it depends, if you have the right listing agent, it should be very easy. You should be able to hand over the reins to your agent and just make sure your home looks clean, tidy and that the kitchen smells of coffee ....!! The rest should be up to him or her.

What’s a lot of fun for kids and parents (including the daredevil type of grandparents)? – it’s Roller Skating at Semoran Skateway located in on Cassel Creek Blvd. This rink took me back 50 years instantly to some of the happiest days of my childhood. It’s got everything to accompany your kids or a date - disco lights, music from the 60s and even further back that makes you sway and circle like on a dance floor.

At Semoran Skateway you can take a break for yummy tasting pretzels, hot dogs with the works. Admission is only $7.50 and there is no charge for just watching. It includes the price of renting the skates. The management will even give you your money back if you worked up the courage to put the skates on and took an immediate flop that made you chicken out. Saturday night is a great night to go. Be prepared to fall more than once and look out for those old guys (like my husband) who recalled his days playing roller hockey on Bronx streets.
